Ōmcare on-the-go™: Make travel easy by pre-dispensing your medication. The Ōmcare app on your phone will alert you when it’s time to take your meds while you’re away from your Hub.

With the Ōmcare app, you can:
- Video call with your loved ones to ensure medication was taken correctly or simply to chat.
- Manage medication schedules for multiple loved ones so taking meds fits into a busy life.
- View medication adherence insights so you know when to act.
- Edit owner details and invite additional family members and friends to help caretake.
Frequently asked questions
Your medication will be shipped right to your door from Optum Pharmacy in pre-sorted pouches.
Upon setup, you will create your own unique schedule. Each day (or multiple times a day) when it’s time to take your medication, you will get an alert. You can also update your schedule at any time if your medication regimen or daily routine changes.
Only people you authorize can call you on your Hub. They will just use the Ōmcare mobile app.
No! You get to choose what works for you. For example, once a week you choose a caregiver assist to connect with your daughter, but all other days, you do smart assist by yourself.
Transferring is simple! Ōmcare will provide a dedicated pharmacy phone number, and they will start you on the medication transfer right away.
Loading your medication is easy. You will open the door and put your roll of medication on the spindle, then shut the door. That’s it!
The Hub holds up to 30 days of medication at a time.
The dimensions of the Hub are 8” W x 20.5” L x 16.2” H.
