Lisa Lavin


Lisa is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building new business from the ground up within the healthcare and high-tech sectors. Lisa is active in local and national organizations that support entrepreneurialism and women in business. Lisa is a Minnesota Cup Division winner, Eureka Award winner for Innovation, was recognized by Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal as one of 25 Women to Watch, Minnesota Business’ Real Power 50 and The New York Observer's 2020 List of the Hottest “Flyover Tech” Companies in Digital Health. ​

Grant Barrick


Grant Barrick has been a leader in developing and executing growth strategies for healthcare technology for over 15 years. He has served in executive roles at 3M, MinuteClinic, Wolters Kluwer Health, ProVation, and Datica. Additionally, he has served as a senior adviser to growing companies and has chaired non-profit boards. Grant received his BA from Carleton College and his MBA In Strategy and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis.

Amanda Lee


Amanda Lee has been working in profit and nonprofit business management since 2002. In 2005, Amanda began leading the business functions of Eagle Brook Church, a large multi-site ministry in Minnesota. There she was responsible for human resources, finance and accounting, cafe and bookstore operations, information technology, and data analysis & reporting. In 2015, Amanda helped launch Infinity Giving helping nonprofits ensure effective, efficient, and transparent operations. She holds a BA in Business Finance from UW-Eau Claire, an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.​

Sajith Padmaja


Sajith Padmaja is a Technology Innovator with 20+ years of technical and management experience from Ōmcare, Medtronic, Microsoft, Emerson Network Power and Infosys. Sajith has played a key role in development of cutting-edge technology solutions in the fields of medical devices, IoT, transportation & logistics and operating systems. He possesses years of experience in leading large, cross-functional and geographically dispersed engineering teams.​

Kate Winter


Drawn to healthcare as a teenager, Kate has over 15 years clinical, administrative and consultative healthcare experience leading national strategic partnership development, value-based agreement implementation, data integration, and project development and management with cross-functional clinical teams. Kate has a Masters degree in Biology (Pharmacology) and Bachelors of Science (Biology).

Morgan Rogers


Morgan believes that the combination of design, data, and words drive healthier outcomes to change the world and the industry. She has been in healthcare and start up tech for the last 6 years, focusing on content strategy, marketing, and product. She earned degrees in Biology (with a premed emphasis) and Spanish from the University of Southern California. ​

Jeannine Rivet


Jeannine Rivet is an active board member, advisor, mentor and coach. As Executive VP of UnitedHealth Group, Jeannine worked with and on behalf of all business segments in areas focused on strategic business relationships, clinician advancement, culture and social responsibility. Previous roles at UnitedHealth Group include CEO of UnitedHealthcare, CEO of Ingenix and CEO of Optum.

Amanda is a sought-after public speaker, sharing her “Do Well By Doing Good” philosophy, a nationally renowned brand expert, Forbes contributor, and frequent on-camera personality for national news outlets and celebrity interviews.

Jodi Hubler is a dynamic CEO and board director, venture capital investor and pioneering innovator in the health care industry. She is known for aligning smart business strategy, sound policy and talented teams that invent high-quality health care products, services and business models and drive transformative growth.

Mark Gingrich


Mark Gingrich has more than 30 years of experience across all aspects of information systems and technology. Mark is currently Chief Information Officer at Surescripts where he has played a key role in creating the nation’s leading health information network.

Dr. David McLean


Dr. David McLean brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare and managed care industries including his most recent position as Founder, Chairman and CEO of Medication Management Systems (which was recently acquired by Genoa Healthcare).

Kevin Nieuwsma


Kevin Nieuwsma has over 20 years of executive experience with technology and manufacturing businesses including Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Global Positioning System (GPS) and Geo Visual Analytics (GIS).

Brady Kroll


Brady Kroll serves as president of KrollStar LLLP. KrollStar actively invests in early stage, hi-tech companies with Minnesota ties. KrollStar’s diverse holdings include companies that treat enlarged prostates, improve broadband connectivity, and help improve prescription drug design.
