About the Ōmcare Home Health Hub®
Ōmcare is designed with simplicity in mind and the set up requires only four easy steps: plug it in, connect to Wi-Fi, create a PIN and load your medication.
Loading your medication is easy. You will open the door and put your roll of medication on the spindle, then shut the door. That’s it!
Each month, you will receive your medication refill in the mail before your current roll runs out.
Each Hub can only be used by one person due to the customized medication and schedule.
The Hub has Ōmcare on-the-go® which allows you to dispense medication ahead of time and take it with you.
Upon setup, the schedule from the pharmacy will be automatically populated into your Hub. You or your family admin can update your schedule as needed.
Ōmcare specifications
A smart phone is required to set up the Hub. Beyond that, the owner of the Hub does not need a smart phone unless they want to receive alerts while away. Anyone else will need the Ōmcare app on a smart phone to make calls to the Hub.
The Hub is 8″ W x 16.2″ H x 21.5″ D.
The Hub weighs approximately 15lbs.
Ōmcare is based in Minnesota, and all of our products are designed and manufactured in the United States.

Security
Keeping your data secure is very important to Ōmcare. We use HIPAA-compliant storage for all member data.
Who can access your data is up to you. You decide who’s on your care team and what they have access to. You can also add friends and family to chat with via your Hub. Adding someone to this category means they can’t access your health data.
Yes, we take medication security very seriously. Your medication will be locked in the Hub and only accessible through the use of a key or your unique PIN.
Wi-Fi & connectivity
Yes, Wi-Fi is required to use the Hub. In the case of an emergency or power outage, you will be able to unload your medication.
The Hub is built to work with low Wi-Fi bandwidth, although video quality may be impacted. The Hub supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, and only supports security layers WPA2.0 and higher.
Care team
You get to choose who’s on your familial care team. Once you do, they will download the app and connect to your Hub.
For someone to be a familial caregiver or have friends and family status, they need a supported device to download the Ōmcare app.
Medication & pharmacy
Currently, we partner with divvyDOSE Pharmacy. We are always adding more pharmacy partners and expect to have additional options at a later date.
The Hub holds up to 30 days of medication at a time.
If you have additional medication added to your regimen in the middle of the month, you will receive a partial fill. Then the next month, your medication pouches will be updated to include your new prescription. If a medication is removed in the middle of the month, it will be updated on your Hub medication list immediately and reflected in your next medication shipment.
Switching your pharmacy is easy. After purchasing the Hub, you or a loved one will reach out to divvyDOSE to start the transfer and sync process.
Your prescriptions will be mailed directly to your door each month.
While the Hub does not store as-needed medication or liquids, drops, inhalers or injections, you will receive a reminder from the Hub for all medication.
Yes, when you start your transfer process with the pharmacy, you will go through medication syncing. This allows all of your medication going forward to be filled on the same day.
Warranty & return policy
Yes, Ōmcare offers a 1-year warranty from the day of purchase.
Ōmcare offers a 90-day money-back guarantee from the day of purchase.
