All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the company-sponsored health and dental plan where Ōmcare contributes a generous portion toward the monthly premiums.
Ōmcare pays 100% of monthly premiums for life, accidental death/dismemberment and short term disability insurance for all full-time employees.
Save for retirement with your company-sponsored simple IRA retirement plan, where Ōmcare is proud to offer a match of up to 3% of an employee’s contribution.
Employees receive 10 paid holidays per calendar year and generous Paid Time Off (PTO) that can be used however you want — vacation, illness, injury, or personal business.
Our employee assistance program allows all employees to receive counseling, financial guidance, and general legal consultation.

The story behind our name
The Ōmcare name carries substantial meaning. In creating the name, we wanted to ensure it reflected our vision. It rhymes with “home care.” Ōmcare is designed to help people receive the home healthcare they need.
Ōm is an ancient mystic symbol and sound that connotes peace, connection and liberation. Ōmcare enables families to have peace of mind that a loved one is well care for, connection with one another and the ability for people to live a life more liberated – at home.
