What the service includes
Meds at your door
Medication comes from a national pharmacy partner in easy-to-open pouches, sorted by day and time, then loaded into the Hub once a month by your provider's staff.
Automated schedule
At dose time, the Hub alerts and dispenses the right pouch, so you know what to take and when. One touch confirms it's done — no guessing, no questions.
A nudge when needed
If a dose goes by, the Hub follows up — and lets the family member or caregiver on the account know, so someone can check in before the day gets away.
A familiar face
Family and caregivers can check in by video on the same screen. One press, no menus, and the camera only comes on for a call.
